A1 mini TPU special top spool holder
This model is suitable for not only TPU but also CF and GF materials, which can shorten the feeding distance and reduce friction during feeding (avoiding wear on feeding components).
Tip: Some parameters of the uploaded 3mf file cannot be saved, so please set them yourself.
Walls: 3 layers, Top shell: 7, Bottom shell: 7, Infill density: 17%, Infill pattern: spiral, Support top contact layers: 5, Contact line distance: 0.

Based on user feedback, the printing configurations have been adjusted. We now offer three printing options: Loose, Tight, and Screw versions. The details are as follows:
Loose version: Suitable for occasional use. Installing and removing it is relatively easy and convenient. There may be some tilt during use, but it does not affect functionality.
Tight version: Suitable for situations where you install it and leave it in place. Both installation and removal require more effort. There may be a slight tilt, but you don’t need to touch the screws on the machine.
Screw version: Uses the machine’s original screws for fixing, providing the best stability. It is suitable as a replacement for the original spool and for long-term use.
Personally, I use the Tight version. After installing this model, I basically no longer use the rear right filament rack. My printer table is relatively low, so this top filament rack is more convenient and practical for me.
Occasionally TPU needs to be printed, but TPU stored for a long time will have some adhesion, if it is fed through PTFE tubes, there will be a lot of resistance, which will lead to frequent shortages of printed models.
In order to be able to print TPU consumables smoothly, I designed this TPU special top bracket for direct feeding, the installation is very convenient, and I feel very good after using it for a while, so I will share it with you :)
