Functionality relies on filament friction and elasticity; performance may vary with different filaments. The base cover and resistance ring primarily determine the rewinding angle. The prototype was printed and tested using PolyLite (logo color).
The 6-blade resistance ring generally yields satisfactory results. Optimal resistance is achieved when the inner bushing's spiral ring is fully compressed before the resistance ring begins to rotate.
For insufficient resistance, consider using a higher-blade-count resistance ring.
For excessive resistance, trim the resistance ring blades.
Newly printed components exhibit higher resistance; manual rotation for a few cycles is recommended before initial use to ensure smooth operation.
Avoid excessively smooth or brittle filament for the base cover and resistance ring (standard PLA is suitable).

1.For temporary deactivation, press your thumb against the shaft cover and pull the claw or threaded bushing outwards by 10 mm (a retaining clip prevents slippage).

2.For extended periods of disuse, remove the resistance ring; it then functions as a standard spool holder.
   长期停用,拆除掉阻力圈,即可当做普通料盘架使用,至少料盘不会晃来晃去
3.For permanent deactivation, remove all components.
   永久停用,全部拆掉即可


Adjusting the Rewind Angle(调节回卷角度):

Filament Installation and Replacement(耗材的安装与更换):
During filament feeding, partially extend the claw or threaded bushing (approximately 10 mm), placing it in pause mode. Fully extend it only after feeding is complete, eliminating the need for continuous manual filament feeding (due to the rewind mechanism).

Installation Instructions(安装说明):

Important: Before installation, insert the central shaft into the inner bushing to verify smooth rotation. Address any imperfections or apply petroleum jelly for easier rotation (note that warping during central shaft printing may cause binding).
