Drill Bit, Blade, Milling Cutter Anti-Puncture Storage Box
As a craft enthusiast, I always have some small, scattered but sharp items. Leaving them scattered makes them easy to lose, I'm afraid of them scratching other objects, and even more afraid of children at home getting hold of them to play with~~~
Therefore, I designed this economical, practical, and easy-to-print storage box for sharp items. Only a small piece of leftover filament is needed to print a set (I personally recommend using transparent PETG for printing)
Common items that can be stored:
Drill bits with a diameter of 10mm or less, blades with a width of 12mm or less, screwdriver bits, milling cutters, chamfer cutters, taps, jigsaw blades, cotton swabs, toothpicks, pills…
As a container, it can store many other things, such as a centralized disposal package for discarded blades (to avoid scratching sanitation workers). Use your imagination, I believe it can be used in many places
Additionally, all sides of the container are flat surfaces, which can be written on with a marker pen to mark the specifications of the stored items
I designed two sizes of models, you can choose the appropriate one to download and print
Standard version (filament 5g)
External base: 12.8*12.8mm
External height: 80~132mm
Internal base: 10.5*10.5mm
Internal height: 66~118mm
Short version (filament 3.5g)
External base: 12.8*12.8mm
External height: 48~68mm
Internal base: 10.5*10.5mm
Internal height: 34~54mm
Special reminder:
1. The main body of the model is printed using vase mode (single layer, 0.5mm line width), please ensure that the material you use has sufficient strength and layer adhesion
2. The first time it is snapped together after printing, it will be relatively tight. After snapping it together firmly and opening it, the subsequent resistance will be more suitable
3. If the printed model does not fit well, it is recommended that you calibrate your printer and check if the print head is working properly
