Description

The cable flexible guide tube designed for A1 and A1 mini can lift the sagging cable to prevent cable interference with the tool head movement.

Short ones are installed on the line at one end of the toolhead, while long ones are installed on the line at one end of the X-axis


Installation steps:

As shown in the figure, align the opening of the cable guide tube with the cable, and pay attention to the bottom of the cable guide tube should be above the cable base.
Insert the cable along the opening into the cable guide tube.
Pull the cable guide tube down as a whole until the device is inserted into the cable base.

为A1与A1 mini设计的线缆弹性导向装置,可以抬高下垂的线缆,防止线缆干扰工具头运动。

短的安装在工具头一端的线上,长的安装在X轴一端的线上

安装步骤:

1.如图所示,将该装置开口与线缆对齐,请注意装置底部需在线缆底座的上面。

2.将线缆沿开口塞入装置中。

3.将装置整体向下拉,直至装置插入线缆底座。

yeh I had the same problem, the cable will just not go in fully

same issue, I think the new A1 that was released after recall might have little thicker wire, not to sure but I tried to put this on the wire and it was very tight and pinching it so I decided not to use them. anyone else?

same, no way its fitting over the cable on mine. far too tight. I wonder if it were scaled up a few percent?

New to 3D printing, can I adjust the scaling from the Bambu mobile app or do you do that on the computer?

One of the print profiles available has them pre-scaled, called "All versions 0.2mm layer, 2 walls, 15% infill 102.5% scale". You can print that one from mobile. Or downloading the STL you can scale it manually in your slicer.
