Description

A dice tower to store 5 or more 16mm dice and let one go at a time with each back and forth of the slider, designed for Camel-Up, but who knows where this will be useful!

Now there's Camels too! https://www.printables.com/model/177069-high-speed-racing-camels-for-camel-up

Sections are 55mm high so it will fit in the box disassembled, so 120mm X 155mm assembled.

Rafts:

Supports:

Yes

Resolution:

0.3mm & 0.2mm

Infill:

5% rectilinear

Notes:

Printed in 0.3mm ABS(supports for all three sections), but whatever should work. Just 2 perimeters and 3 top shells, but Slic3r added a bit here and there on the slanted walls to ensure thickness
Designed so the supports are not too hard to remove from the inside.

Needed a brim for the bottom section when I printed to keep it flat.

Slider is 0.2mm solid PETG for flexible strength, but again whatever. Recommend printing the slider with the hole facing sideways, so no supports needed on it, but a bit of a brim helped keep mine flat during printing.

Super! I have used gold-like PETG. However I didn't liked the top of the pyramid freely rotates, so I have added notches and protrusions. Also the pyramid is too tall and blocks the view of the playing desk, so I have printed smaller top. Maybe I should post a remix?

do I need to print supports? The bambu program suggests I do for the base but unsure how I would then actually get the supports out being that the thing is pretty enclosed, appreciate any help

This one is going back 5 years in my designing skills, such as they are. I think I did use supports, but it might not hurt to give them a little extra space, like 0.2-0.3mm on the top from the normal Bambu support style.
