Description
iPhone 16 Case
Protect your phone in style with this 3D-printable case. Designed to be printed in stiff TPU for excellent drop protection and a snug fit, the main body features cutouts for interchangeable inlays.
Printing Guidelines
Bambu Studio's default filament profiles will handle the speeds and flow rates for you, but keep these quick tips in mind for the best results:
- Main Case (TPU): Use a stiffer TPU (like 95A or 98A) so the case securely grips the phone. Crucial: Ensure your TPU is completely dry before printing to prevent stringing and guarantee clean edges for the inlay cutouts.
- The Inlays (PETG or TPU): Print these face-down. Experiment with different build plates (Textured PEI, Smooth, or patterned effect plates) to give the outward-facing side of your inlay a unique surface finish.
- Recommended Settings: Standard layer heights (0.16mm or 0.2mm) work perfectly. Use 3 to 4 wall loops and 15-30% Gyroid infill for optimal strength and flexibility.
