Since it was missing for quite some time now, I have added a "full size" sticky notes compartment for the "Under Monitor Pencil Holder v3".
Published as a print profile on the original one by the name "Extended Notes Compartment"
Also make sure to check out the reinforced main body version, this holds much better and longer than the "full basket" version.

Added a print profile for the underdesk pencil holder by JasperPup. I found them breaking on V2 because of the tension strength after screwing them onto my monitor. I hope this will fix it.

Anyone interested in another Deej control box? I made this for a few friends an me. Now I am thinking about how much I need polish the model file, or if I am the only one buidling this.
Deej (https://github.com/omriharel/deej) is a small software using Arduino Mikrocontroller with inexpensive hardware to create volume mixer for windows and linux.
This is a very simple design, while others really make complex models featuring RGB lights, VU meters ... I am minimalist and only want the controllers to be able to xontrol music, game volume, microphone, while ingame/ without the need to search the microsoft volume mixer.
Check their discord, they have a channel for presentation of custom builds.

I have just ordered some of these boxes and found this freshly published project just after finishing the order. Perfect timing. Thanks Phil, thanks MakerWorld!
It all started with a simple frustration: my Hünersdorff organizer boxes were great for storing small parts, but they lacked the flexibility I needed. The fixed compartments were too limiting, and I found myself wishing for better organization options. On top of that, there was no way to add labels to quickly identify what was inside each compartment. So, I decided to create my own solution. These 3D-printed inserts were born out of the need for more customization and practicality.

#2024 Annual Summary
Also started 2024 with 3D printing. First I received a Geeetech I3 Pro as a gift from a friend, then another friend got a A1. I had troubles getting the I3 to work, the Z-Offset was never correct ... Also, no real Software I could use easily, dated manuals and stuff ...
So I checked the price for an A1 and settled with the A1 Combo.
My first prints were some toys, some battery holders, printed with years old, generic red filament I received with the I3. No troubles printing at all, I was amazed!
After this spool, I started using the ordered BambuLab Filament for the printer itself. Scaper, Poop-Box, Filament Dryer, Temp-Sensor holder, ...
Now I am mainly printing Ikea Skadis expansions, as I rebuild my home lab/office and entrance with skadis boards. This kind of prints also got my first modeling attention.
First model was a simple desktop stand for a few soldering tools.
After that I tried some eye-hole-cover for a mask for a friend, which was more complicated than I thought... But I only used the tools I know until then, also I was trying to archive something with FreeCad or Fusion.
One Remix to repair my keyboard later, I started redesigning an add-on for the AMS Lite cover, the Spool Spacer, which then also started to be my first "successful" upload. Quite happy how such an easy tool was generating such attraction.
Near Christmas a friend of mine asked me if I can model his idea of temperature sensor holder, surprisingly the same we/I am using for the filament storage. This was fast and quite easy, I start to get the hang into FreeCad.
But now I am at a point trying to design my own Skadis Addons, as I need more and more individualized solutions. I am not sure if I want to use FreeCad for this, especially since I need to reuse the same components on many models (skadis board connectors) and I am not sure if this is easily done with FreeCad. So I still use Fusion on secondary.
My interest started in 3D printing, because I am a learned and studied electrical eng, now working on software.
So I thought I can use this to print many cases for little projects I am doing from time to time.
Since I am also someone who is trying to repair anything before throwing it away, replacement parts were also a main reason and my dishwasher already received some made from PETG (still softening over time).
Out of this perspective, I will design a Deej-Volume-Control-Case in the near future, featuring a few potentiometers and Arduino Nano.

Reposting this, as I am really interested in the result. Who has no experience should not vote, obviously (forgot the "No Exp.." Option)Right now, 22 People voted and it seems as my bad exp. is kind of the exception.
Anybode ever had good experience with these vacuum storage bags?
I am searching a fast, reliable and space saving option, other than cereal boxes, but the ones I head were not airtight. They even stated "extra sturdy" and had a knobbed side for better airflow and a "improved valve".
From two tested bags, both were nor airtight after one day, returned afterwards.

Updated my spool mod to version 9.
I have added thickness to outer parts, increasing strength of the whole part.
Includes the bigger center hole for more tolerance.
No need to reprint, if satisfied with the previous ones, but definitely a major update.
