Printed in PLA with a .4. Printed well. have over 3500hrs on my AMS without issue but thought a spare might be prudent to have on hand. Will download and print with highest quality aka lowest layer height in PETG. The blue is PETG @.08 layer height. Might look a little rough but this is a tiny part - it's actually quite good.

I used blue PETG and it printed fine. it took me 5 mins too press the covers ( with pliers) and free up.the bearings. I used the model that uses the least filament. works great! thanks. I'll be letting a young boy with with severe autism play with it on my wheelchair school bus.

This is my remix of reddadsteve "Tazmanian Devil - Full" Makerworld model. It's a hitch receiver cover for a Class IV receiver - typically on most pickup trucks. If you need something for a Class II or III then you can ask me but it might be as easy to scale down all model plates to accommodate your needs.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you download the model and change material type to PETG. This is an outdoor model that will see the sun and heat!
Please read "Instructions"

Original from Lemeneur and moded by Biskup which I then moded as a hitch receiver cover.
I added the hitch receiver with pin hole for a standard Class IV hitch in TinkerCad then imported into studio. The first plate is the Biskup original. The second plate is my remix,
Use PETG! I set a .2mm layer height with a .4 nozzle. If you want something else just download and change whatever you like for more or less detail or for quicker print time. The print is over 6hrs - as is.

Just make sure you wash your PEI plate really before starting the first print. also 3hr power failures don't help print quality. none of those are the fault of the model just operator error on my part. I also used my variable soldering iron to melt into a small ball about 5mm of PETG that I used as the lid hinge pin. very happy with the result. assembly instructions are in the introduction section, not the assembly section. I.could find them and put it together by just referencing pictures and using my very old brain.
I won't reprint them unless I want.to modify something as I'm just learning wrhammer 40k and have never played DND. the quality of the model is excellent.
READ the full introduction section before printing and I used 9 6x2mm magnets. 6 for the box and three for the locking mechanism. The model is solid and very well designed.

blew it up to 125% and printed great. I use it to store 20 16mm D6 dice.

printed very well. cloned 20 for a small area of the plate and made them solid. first 20 was in red for the 16mm and used both a 5/0 brush with white acrylic and an extra fine white paint pen. the paint pen works great and used a gold extra fine paint pen for the next 20 silver. did a test run of 20 scaled down to 10mm in black. must use a 5/0 brush for the pips. still need to clean up some pips due to too much paint and bad eyes and hands! lol

I ended up scaling by 125 then increasing wall loops to 3 and painting all the bottom and sides of all numbers to a contrasting color. took 10 hrs but print is great! I think one of my profiles for flushing colors has change as I am getting some color bleed but the result is fine.

I first scaled it down, modded the base and used resin to keep it nice and shiny! also added the label for "2025 AL CHAMPS". This a small xmas gift for a die hard Bluejay fan! thanks
