感谢原作者“JAV-3D”设计了底部如此精确的模型stp文件,让我省去不少手工测量校准的时间,我原本就打算给A1MINI设计一个收纳工具的底座,想不到已经有了,哈哈,再次感谢“JAV-3D”。

注意:
1.这个抽屉模型不是特别好打,面积较大而且高大,如果室温较低,很容易翘边弯曲,我自己打印就是翘边,即使pei板和模型并没有分离,但是!热床和pei板子分离弯曲了!不过貌似不影响使用,只是不够完美,有机会再重新打印。
2.很可惜,由于体积稍微大了,它需要X1,P1系列的机器打印。
3.建议使用petg及以上耐温材料打印;
4.再组装完底部最好加上泡棉之类的脚垫(泡棉胶带也ok)
Note: 1:
1. This drawer model is not particularly good, the area is large and tall, if the room temperature is low, it is very easy to warp and bend, I print myself is warped, even though the pei board and the model is not separated, however! The heat bed and pei board separated and bent! It doesn't seem to affect the use though, it's just not perfect, I'll reprint it when I get a chance.
2. sadly, due to the slightly larger size, it needs to be printed on an X1,P1 series machine.
3. it is recommended to print with petg and above temperature resistant materials;
4. And then assemble the bottom of the best plus foam and other foot pads (foam tape is also ok)
修改设计点:
1.新增了底部抽屉空间,可以容纳A1MINI的附送配件没问题;
2.减少了板子位置,改为备用2块的存储空间,一般有三块板子差不多了;
3.修改了A1mini底部的配合间隙,加大了1mm一圈,我实际测试后发现原设计如果打印有点弯曲,那么这一圈配合间隙可能会不够,所以适当放大,更容易放入;
4.增加了免支撑打印的细节优化,减少了不少支撑材料(切片文件里已经设置手动支撑);
5.优化了侧面的排气孔,让气流直接从侧面对流(安装好底部是有间隙的)
Modification of design points:

4. increased the details of support-free printing optimization, reducing a lot of support materials (slice file has been set in the manual support);
5. Optimized the exhaust holes on the side, so that the airflow is directly convected from the side (there is a gap at the bottom when it is installed)
