Description

This Dual Laser Module Set Case is the ultimate storage solution evolved from the original design, engineered to store both the H2 Series 10W and 40W laser modules simultaneously in one organized unit.

Key Improvements:

  • Consolidated Storage: Provides dedicated, clearly defined slots for each laser module and all accessories within a single case.

  • All Enhancements Included: Features the streamlined body, stable single-pin hinge, and simplified hardware kit (two 25mm and two 20mm M3 pins, two screws, or printed pins).

  • Flexible Lid Text: The lid offers a choice between forward and invert printed text. Separate 3mf files are provided for 4-color and 6-color printing to suit different user preferences.

Printing Notes:

  • Material: The main structure should be printed in PETG, with the cushioning printed using the beam interlockingmode.

  • Sealing Ring: If printed via beam interlocking, note that its visual quality may be influenced by printer calibration. A separate file for printing the seal independently is included. The following two images respectively demonstrate the scenario where using beam interlocking resulted in TPU ooze that compromised the model's exterior appearance, and the situation where employing an independently printed sealing ring achieved superior model aesthetics.

  • Pin Holes: Clean the pin holes with a 3mm drill bit for a hassle-free assembly process.

  • Printable Hardware: All metal pins and screws can be replaced with the provided 3D-printed pin models.
