H2 Series 10W Laser Module Storage Case V2.0

This model is a comprehensive upgrade from my original 10W laser module case , refining the design based on extensive user feedback to enhance protection and usability. It retains the precision-compartmentalized layout for securely storing the Bambu Lab H2 Series (H2D / H2S) 10W Laser Module, Cutting Module, and accessories.

Key Improvements:

• Enhanced Structure: Features a stronger, more rounded body for improved aesthetics and corner protection.

  

• Simplified Hinge: Redesigned from a dual-pin to a more reliable single-pin design for stable lid operation.

  

• Reduced Hardware: Assembly now requires only two 25mm and two 20mm M3 pins, plus two M3 * 12mm SHCS screws. These can be replaced with 3D-printed alternatives.

  

• Refined Interiors: Improved cable management and a more secure accessory box latch.

  

• Reinforced Brush Clip: The cleaning brush clip has been thickened and is recommended for TPU printing to prevent breakage.

  

• Dual-Orientation Lid Text: The lid now includes both forward and invert printed text options to suit different storage preferences. For users with a single AMS, the default 3mf uses a 4-color scheme. Separate 3mf files are provided for the forward and invert lid text, as well as versions for 6-color printing.

  

Printing Notes:

• Material: Use PETG for the main body. The hybrid beam interlockingmode for the TPU padding is retained.

  

• Sealing Ring: When printed via beam interlocking, print quality may affect the seal's appearance. A separate 3mf file for printing the seal independently via beam interlockingis provided as an alternative for user preference. The following two images respectively demonstrate the scenario where using beam interlocking resulted in TPU ooze that compromised the model's exterior appearance, and the situation where employing an independently printed sealing ring achieved superior model aesthetics.

  

  

• Pin Holes: Before inserting any pins, clean the holes with a 3mm drill bit to ensure a smooth fit and prevent splitting.

  

• Printable Hardware: All metal pins and screws can be replaced with the provided 3D-printed pin models.
