H2 Series 40W Laser Module Storage Case​

This new case adapts the proven design and improvements of the original 10W laser module case to securely accommodate the larger 40W laser module.

Key Improvements:

• Dedicated 40W Layout: Precision-engineered with a dedicated, snug compartment for the 40W module and its accessories.

  

• Unified Enhancements: Incorporates all improvements from the updated 10W case, including the robust single-pin hinge and minimized hardware (two 25mm and two 20mm M3 pins, plus two screws, with printable options).

  

• Dual-Orientation Lid Text: The lid includes both forward and invert printed text options. Separate 3mf files are provided for different AMS setups (4-color and 6-color).

  

Printing Notes:

• Material: Print the structural parts in PETG. Utilize the beam interlockingmode for the integrated cushioning.

  

• Sealing Ring: When printed via beam interlocking, print quality may affect the seal's appearance. An independent 3mf file for the seal is provided. The following two images respectively demonstrate the scenario where using beam interlocking resulted in TPU ooze that compromised the model's exterior appearance, and the situation where employing an independently printed sealing ring achieved superior model aesthetics.

  

  

• Pin Holes: Before inserting any pins, clean the holes with a 3mm drill bit to ensure a smooth fit.

  

• Printable Hardware: All metal pins and screws can be replaced with the provided 3D-printed pin models.
