Rugged Darts Case - 6 Darts - Target SwissPoint
Print Profile(5)

Description
I printed the Rugged Darts Case by Vinark (https://makerworld.com/en/@Vinark) and loved the design.
But since I am using mainly swisspoint darts and all in one flights/shafts, I did not really have a use for the stem and flight holders.
Also I would have loved to be able to fit two sets of darts in the case.
Thanks to Vinark also sharing the f3d file of his model, I was able to alter the case in Fusion360.
I have enlarged the case, so that 6 darts fit in there.
Also I edited the shaft holders, so that I can fit SwissPoint replacement points in them instead of shafts.
Additionally I added a holder for the SwissPoint tool.
Luckily, the cheap sandstone to sharpen the point already fits nicely in the case as is.
As you can see in the Print Profile, I usually print those boxes standing up in a 45 degree angle.
That way they turn out more rigid, especially regarding the hinges, then when printing them laying flat.
If you perfer the old fashioned way to print them, just lay them flat. Then you can also add custom designs to the top or bottom.
I printed the SwissPoint holders and the sealing ring (not required) in TPU.
All the other parts have been printed in Bambu PETG HF.
You can also print the inlay without the SwissPoint holder 2 times and use Vinark's original shaft holders instead of my swisspoint holders if you prefer that.
To make the Dart Holder fit your Darts, put the barrels in it and use a hair dryer to heat the holder and then bend it to the correct fit.
!!!Do this BEFORE you glue the holder in place in the case!!!
Thanks to Whity (https://www.printables.com/@Whity) for providing the original parametric case (Rugged Box (Parametric) by Whity | Download free STL model | Printables.com) which is awesome by itself.
And thanks to Vianrk (https://makerworld.com/en/@Vinark) for providing the f3d file of his interior parts.
I also added my f3d file of the case so you can make your own adjustments. But don't laugh at me when you see the timeline….yes, I barely know what I'm doing in Fusion360 ;)
You will need 6 M3x38mm (total lenght, including head and room for the nut) bolts to assemble the case.
