Ryobi PCL664B Compatible Lens Case/Cover (Gooseneck Magnifying Glass Light Case)

Summary

The Ryobi™ PCL664B comes without any case/shield/protection for the light or magnifying glass.

This is a case created to be compatible with it. This case features a now screws or power tools required assembly, utilizing R-Type nylon rivets as the hinges locking the 2 symmetrical halves together.

As pictured, there is an optional dual color text description available through following the instructions below. The case is also available as just a single color case through simply disabling the text and ignoring the steps below.

Necessary Items:

• 6080 R-Type Nylon Rivets (3 needed)
• 6mm x 1mm Neodymium Magnets (Around 8-10 Needed)

Assembly Instructions

1. Use 3 rivets to connect both halves together. Note that there is a fillet on the side while will not come into contact with the other half. Connect them accordingly. They should be aligned if done correctly.
2. Glue as many magnets as will fit without poking out into the 4 holes, paying attention to ensure that the outward facing poles of opposite sides are different. I used hot glue, but Cyanoacrylate glue would probably work just as well.
