Bill of Materials
Description

Embark on an intergalactic journey with Orbital Drop, a fun space-themed game perfect for family game nights or friendly gatherings! This compact, travel-friendly game combines mostly luck with a bit of probability strategy as players race to jettison their cargo into the vast cosmos. This is a fresh take on an old favorite, the two-player coin drop game.

Game Components
- 1 Orbital Drop game container and two game board slides (doubles as a storage box)
- 20-24 discs with fun rocket icons (We had fun with multiple colors, but these can all be the same color)
- 2 Quarantine Pods (small tray to hold each player's rocket coins)
Setup
- Open the Orbital Drop game board by sliding the lid out and placing it upright with the spinner facing inward per the images.
- Slide the Cargo Hold piece into the top of the main game container.
- Take 10-12 rocket discs each and place them in your Quarantine Pod.
- Decide who goes first by having each player spin the spinner. Highest number goes first, then play proceeds by taking turns.
How to Play
- On your turn, spin the spinner. You must launch a rocket into the cargo hold slot corresponding to the number shown on the spinner.
- If you spin a number that already has a rocket coin in it, you must collect all visible rocket coins on the board and add them to your Quarantine Pod. Your turn then ends.
- You must take at least one spin per turn, but you can continue spinning and launching rockets until you either choose to pass or are forced to collect rockets as per rule 2.
- The Escape Pod (slot 6) allows rockets to disappear into deep space. You can launch as many rockets into the Escape Pod as you like without penalty.
- Play continues until a player launches all their rockets and is declared the winner.
Winning the Game
The first player to empty their Quarantine Pod by successfully launching all their rockets wins the game and is crowned the Cosmic Commander!
Game Variations
- Supernova Sprint: Play with just 8 rockets each for a faster-paced game.
- Galactic Team Challenge: Form teams of two, alternating turns between teammates. First team to launch all their rockets wins!
