Description

This is a collection of vacuum hose accessories using the Cen-Tec quick connect system.

No print supports are needed. No AMS is needed. Brims should be automatically added by the slicer for tall parts.

This model and print profile is designed for strength to handle the rigours of workshop usage. The photos show the adapters printed in PETG HF (recommended). The print profile uses a line width of 0.5mm for good layer adhesion and strength.

The model includes the following Cen-Tec quick connect accessories.

  1. a 17mm crevice nozzle (standard size)
  2. a 14mm crevice nozzle (extra thin for cleaning table saws, etc.)
  3. a 120mm x 40mm funnel nozzle (for cleaning small flat surfaces)
  4. a bent-handle stick vac adapter, 36mm inner diameter press-fit (for existing vacuum fittings)
  5. a generic adapter from Cen-Tec quick connect to 38mm press-fit.

The generic adapter is provided mainly for designers to create their own remixes or for press-fit accessories. Some example press-fit models are provided.

If you're looking for a bracket mounting system for Cen-Tec compatible accessories like these, check out my other model.
