Wonderful design, thanks for sharing. I printed two windmills using PETG. One of the mounts broke very easily during assembly but it was old filament, perhaps that was the problem. The new filament held up fine. I didn't bother with the pointed shaft, instead I designed a simple adapter to mount the windmill on top of a standard green garden stake. It's not much but f you would like the file I would be honored to share it with you, no credit necessary. Thanks again for such a sweet design. Not sure how to rate, it's missing on my browser but 100% for sure.
Thank you for such a nice comment😉👍
You can upload your Addon...simply link my design in the description, i link you back. That's how the community shoud work here. Have a nice day😉
Yes i changed the colour in the bambu studio slicer program. I started with white, changed to another colour at layer 15 then back to white at layer 35. If you dont have AMS then you will need to put pauses at those layer heights and swap colours manually. I can upload the print profile if you want. :)
5 Stars for sure. Awesome design. Very quick to print. I printed in a mix of PLA rainbow silk and translucent red PETG. The PETG is lighter and spends much quicker/easier, but they all work fine. Just waiting on a breeze now.
Cool look! Thanks for the first review🥇 I tested it out a few days with my vertical print orientation and its still alive. I decided this orientation because of accuracy for spinning. But if it is working and spinning in your horizontal print thats superb😉👍
