Eight M3x23 Screws that are smooth until the last 3mm for smooth operation of the hinges and clasps while also letting you screw on a nut so the head of the screws don&#39;t stick out so much. &nbsp;These are just the screws and nuts, not the full model. They were created using this screw generator: <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer ugc" href="https://makerworld.com/en/models/1055250#profileId-1042636">https://makerworld.com/en/models/1055250#profileId-1042636</a> &nbsp;Parameters used in case these don&#39;t fit for you as well as they did for me (If not specified I left as default):<ul><li>General:<ul><li>Spec: M3</li><li>Thread: Fine</li></ul></li><li>Screw: <ul><li>Screw Length: 23</li><li>Screw Head: Socket <ul><li>Hex would also look good since it would match the nut on the other side</li></ul></li><li>Screw Thread Length: 3 </li></ul></li><li>Nut:<ul><li>Nut Clearance: 0.04<ul><li>I tried 0.1, 0.05, and 0.03. Had a little bit of trouble with getting the 0.03 screwed on and 0.05 was able to be pulled off, so I bumped it to 0.04 here. </li><li>My recommendation would be to print just one of the nuts first to make sure it fits. They&#39;re quick, but obviously no need to waste if they don&#39;t fit. </li></ul></li></ul></li></ul>The tool will default with a screw, nut, and washer. You&#39;ll need to change the value on General &gt; Display to get just one. No way to get Nut and Screw together, have to do them individually.

After trying diffent designs of deburring tool case, I realized that I needed a stronger one so I decided to start from scratch and design my own. Took the parametric box by Whity as starting point. The final result is a fantastic rugged deburring tool case which offer a perfect fit for the tool and all the tips (11 tips slots + 1 mounted on the tool).
