Hi, I've been printing since 2018, starting with a Kossel, then an Ender3 and a CR10S pro, but finally took the leap and bought an X1C+AMS in August 2023. Bambu has really changed the game for 3D printing, and my X1C has been amazing.
You can see what I'm currently working on over at mystoopidstuff.com. You can also follow me here, on Printables or over on Bluesky @mystoopidstuff.bsky.social. If you want to contribute to my prototyping budget, you can buy me a coffee too (https://buymeacoffee.com/mystoopidstuff).
Feedback on my designs is always welcome.
Thanks for looking!

I finally got around to testing an update to add X2D parts holders to the H2/P2S (and now X2D) spare parts case. The design for the X2D parts option adds a small bin in place of the cutter holders, since the X2D cutters are a bit more complex of a design and I felt the space was better used with a bin.
I also added two sizes of small latched bins to hold spare labels. I realized (after printing my 3rd of these cases), that I like to keep spare labels around, but had nowhere to put them. The small bins makes storing the labels with the case, much more tidy.
If you want to check out the case, you can find it here:

I'm considering updating a few designs for some Gridfinity hotend and spares holders for the H2 Series and P2 Series (and possibly the X1/P1 as well). These would be based off a 3x2 6U Gridfinity bin. However I don't need any more hotend holders, since I keep all that stuff in my custom cases (which I already have way too many of :D).
The images below show some earlier versions of similar spare parts bins, to give an idea of what I'm considering for the design.
So if a Gridfinity bin to hold a few spare hotends, cutters, socks, and wipers sounds like something you could use, and you would like to help me out by printing the test models, and providing feedback and some pics of the printed models which I can use, please PM me or post a comment.

After a lot of work, and help from some awesome folks in the community, the V2.0 of the H2/P2 Spares Case is finally done. The design incorporates a number of improvements from the v1.1 case, and reduces the number of screws needed to build it. The case now has options which cover all the spare parts for the H2 Series printers, and the P2S as well.
If you are looking for an accessories case to hold all your printer stuff, in one place, so it's together, you can check it out at the link below:

Now that the H2C is being released in the US, I'm thinking about making a spares case for it, similar to the X1/P1 and H2D/H2S spares cases which have been previously released. I added some pics of the existing cases, or you can check out them out at the links below (there's also a smaller A1 series case, but it's not relevant to this poll):
X1/P1 Spares Case v4.0:
https://makerworld.com/en/models/1738817-bambu-labs-x1-p1-spare-parts-case-version-4-0#profileId-1847650
H2D/H2S Spares Case v1.1:
https://makerworld.com/en/models/1331229-bambu-h2d-and-h2s-spare-parts-case-version-1-1#profileId-1369592
The existing cases are approximately the same size, and printable on an X1 or P1. But I'm thinking that due to the number of hotends and other spares which may be kept by folks running the H2C, maybe a larger case is needed. On the other hand, it seems like people who already use my cases, may prefer that they remain the same approximate size as the X1/P1 and H2D/H2S cases.
I expect that if I keep the case the same size (as the existing X1/P1 and H2D/H2S cases), an H2C case should be able to hold about 14 hotends max. That is quite a lot, and more than I expect to need. If I make the H2C case larger, I could probably fit another 8 (maybe). A larger case "may" also be able to store a laser module, which is not possible on the current H2D/H2S cases (but I have no plans to buy the laser modules, so that may not happen without a detailed model).
A third option would be a case with the same footprint as the existing cases, but made deeper so possibly 2 tiers of hotends could be stored in a removable tray. The case would be deeper, but otherwise similar in X-Y footprint to the existing cases.
I thought a poll may help me decide if I should plan to design a larger H2C spares case, or if I should stick with the same format and size as the existing X1/P1 and H2D/H2S cases:
Should I keep a future H2C spares case design the same size as the existing X1C/P1S and H2D/H2S cases, or should I make the H2C case design larger?
50%
Keep it the same size
50%
Make the case larger overall
0%
Same X-Y footprint, but deeper

It was suggested that my design for a 20 bin Gridfinity case could maybe use a diet, and I agree. So I've been working on slimming the design down to use less material and print a bit faster. The prototypes for the updated v3.0 case were completed today, and they seem to work well, so now I just need to polish up the profile, and then the update can be uploaded. The current version 2.3 (https://makerworld.com/en/models/518096-gridfinity-box-for-stuff-bfs-20-bin-ver2-3#profileId-434315) works perfectly fine though in the meantime, it just takes a bit more material, since it's not as optimized and the pending v3.0 update.

I just posted a "generic" version of my Bambu Printer Spares cases (https://makerworld.com/en/collections/844579-bambu-spares-box).
This version drops the hotend holders, and replaces them with two large compartments (the large compartments in the left and right sides of the base). The case has the standard license, but I plan to soon add some remixable blank modules, which will fit where the two large compartments are, for folks who want to customize it a bit.
The photos below were edited a bit just to remove some logos which I had placed on my printed cases, when I was prototyping the design.

I just released an update to the spares case for the X1 and P1 series of Bambu printers. The case is designed to hold all the stuff needed to maintain the printers in a convenient package . The design has evolved with feedback from the community here, and is now on version 4.0. Getting this project completed has been a ton of work, so I hope you find the case useful.

I finally got around to test printing a gridfinity watch stand with a desiccant holder (which is now uploaded).
The idea for adding a desiccant holder to the watch stand was suggested over a month ago by ALZ7 (thanks!), but I didn't have any TPU that was good to go at the time. This week though, I had to run some TPU parts for another project, so had some on hand that was nice and dry. The design ran without a hitch, and is now posted here:
https://makerworld.com/en/models/1613938-gridfinity-watch-stand-with-desiccant-holder#profileId-1702837
There are some links to some of my other Gridfinity watch cases and holders, at the bottom of that page as well.

For Voron owners and builders, who are looking for a way to organize spares, I'm working to adapt my X1C/P1 Spares Case for Voron users. The design will have the same footprint as the X1C/P1 case (https://makerworld.com/en/models/62636-bambu-labs-x1-p1-spare-parts-case-version-3-1), but drops the custom hotend holders, in favor of bins for storing spares. There will also be blank models available for the two identical large compartments in the base, shown in red in the 5th pic. The blank modules will be released as a separate design, with a remixable license, for folks who want to customize them. I'm still testing the design, and need to print the TPU gasket (which is optional).
I'm expecting it will be about a week to finish up printing and testing, and will post updates on my blog in the meantime:

For all the Dummy 13 fans out there, here's a preview of a design for a "Dummy 13 Dino Safari Pack", which I plan to post in the next week. It's taken a small bucket full of prototypes to get things just right, but I'm printing what I hope will be the final version now. I plan to enter it in the "Dino Safari" contest when it's ready.

I posted some new mult-compartment Gridfinity bins with latching lids in 1x2, 1x3 and 1x4 sizes (and 3U, 6U and 9U heights). These bins have lids which latch closed, to keep small screws and stuff from getting loose.
The bins (including some previously posted) can be found at the following links:

There are a few new Gridfinity Bins on the block, with more to come. So far I've been able to release some multicompartment bins in 1x1, 2x2 and 2x3 sizes, with more 1x2, 1x3 and 1x4 bins on the way. These bins have one unique feature, which is that they have a latching lid, which stays closed. I needed bins like these to hold small screws and other hardware, a bit more securely than an open top bin. They build off my earlier non-latching lid bin design, which is similar.
A word of warning though, the latches start off difficult to open at first, but loosen up after being cycled several times. Opening the tabs the first time will require a flat tool, since the tabs are also a support when printing. I've tested the latches quite a bit though, and found the design works pretty well, but I am open to feedback.
Each bin type has 3U, 6U and 9U tall versions, with a bunch of different compartment options for the 2x2 and 2x3 sizes. The profiles are also set up to print the lids and tabs in contrasting colors, or just one color (like the ones in the pics). Some (but not all) of the profiles also have the optional non-latching lids, if the latching function is not needed. You can find them at the links below:

Were you lucky enough to get your hands on the new H2D, but don't know what to do with all the spare hotends and other spare parts? Maybe my new H2D Spares Case can help? It can hold a bunch of hotends (up to 20), 6 cutters. 4 wipers, and all the other stuff that you need to maintain your printer.
You can find it at the link below:
https://makerworld.com/en/models/1331229-bambu-h2d-spare-parts-case-version-1-0#profileId-1369592
Also, big thanks to Mike S. for collaborating on this design!
If you don't have an H2D, but you have an A1, P1 or X1C, you can find similar spares cases in the 3D models section of my profile.

There is a new version of the 1x2 Gridfinity Watch Case (this one is for larger watches). The updated design has a few extra features compared to the earlier design, including a new modular latch mount (optional) and a TPU liner for the top and base.
You can find the updated design here:
https://makerworld.com/en/models/1203806-gridfinity-1x2-wide-watch-case-version-3-0
The older design is still gonna be available, since it is a bit slimmer and some folks may prefer it. The older model is here:

For those who have (or may like to) print my X1/P1 spares case (https://makerworld.com/en/models/62636#profileId-223950), which design of the base do you prefer?
Note that the base version with the compartment (choice 2) will hold only one glue bottle.

#New Year's Resolution I love this idea, it is just what I need :D I've got a bunch of projects that piled up in 2024 and were never completed, so this is the year I get them done! Here is a list of stuff I want to get done, and where they stand:
1. Bento Box clone, which I'm thinking about calling "Marvin the Microparticle Machine"(but I'm open to suggestions). I've been testing it for several months in my X1C, and it has been trouble free. (Pretty much ready to go)
2. X1C/P1 riser remix ver 2.0, parts are mostly printed. (Needs to be tested)
3. New Gridfinity Watch Cases, including a bigger single case and possibly a 4x and 8x case. (Partly printed)
4. A big update to my Gridfinity bins with lids, which is quite a lot of work due to the number of bins involved. (tested, but a lot of work to prep the files)
5. Some new Dummy 13 packs. I have some ideas for a couple new "Adventure" packs
to go along with the Alpine Adventure Pack (such as a firefighter and a Jungle adventurer). If you have an idea for this please post a comment. (some are partly done, others on the drawing board)

#2024 Annual Summary Goodbye 2024, hello 2025! Last year was pretty busy, and some of the models which I wanted to get posted took a back seat to new ideas, which I really felt needed to get out before Christmas (like the Dummy 13 Alpine Adventure Pack, an update to the Dummy 13 Astronaut Armor and the Dummy 13 Weapons Pack v2.1 update). But now that there is a new year, it's time to get working on some of the older projects from 2024 that got bumped (and some new ones too). On my to-do whiteboard are some updates to gridfinity bins, a new watch case (or maybe a couple new cases), a few quick updates some Dummy 13 packs, and finishing up a couple old projects that have been under "long term testing" lol. So 2025 looks like another busy year!
Thanks to everyone who has made any of my stuff! And a extra thanks to everyone who boosted or provided feedback (+ or -) on a model, which really helps to improve designs.
Happy Printing, I hope your 2025 is spaghetti free, and full of cool new prints!
