Bambu Labs A1 Mini Brush Wiper Upgrade
designed for use in the X1C - P1P - P1S

SMALL UPDATE MADE 17/12/23

If you prefer the A1 Mini brush wiper to the stock wiper in your X1C, P1P or P1S
then this is the design for you!

This is a direct replacement for your stock wiper, no printer modifications required.

It's as easy as cutting the A1 Mini Brush wiper in half and sticking it inside the dedicated slot and installing the wiper as usual.

The hardest part is cleanly removing the supports which takes a couple min.

Works well. Use a bit of superglue to make sure wiper doesn't come off.

superglue the Wiperblade into the holder instead of relying on the doublesided tape that comes on the wiper.

any chance on getting one for the regular A1 brush? it’s like .5mm shorter than the mini brush so the mount needs to be raised a bit. but I prefer these brushes since they are sold not mounted to anything and are sold in 3 packs instead of 2. more bang for your buck! lol thanks!

I find it better than the original. Just add a drop of super glue when sticking the A1 wiper in.

World's OK, only seems to clean one side of the nozzle well. But better than the original

A couple questions. - Is it possible to tweak this to fit the A1 nozzle wiper found here? I see it's slightly different. Another comment mentioned it being 0.5mm shorter. https://us.store.bambulab.com/collections/spare-parts-for-a1-series/products/heatbed-nozzle-wiper-a1 - Would there be any value in doubling up the halves to maximize surface contact? The A1 has 14x3 nibs while A1 mini has 14x4. When you cut in half you get 7x3 or 7x4. What if you placed the halves side by side and made it 14x6 or 14x8? That would give the nozzle more to travel thru. I bring this up because some people say it didn't completely solve their issue. And on the A1 the nozzle is dragged thru the 14 nibs.

Printed quick and easily installed well. def cleaned the nozzle much better, this in combination with the poop pop stop i no longer have issues with my printer spitting poop all over the bed

It finally fixed most of the issues, with the nozzle not not been clean and poop keep on poping out of the printer
