Another Silica Gel Container for Bambu Lab AMS. Takes over 100gr silica gel each; both sides gives you 200gr. Wide surface for better absorption. No screws, snap-fit. Dry the silica gel frequently. That's why it is designed with quick detach snap-fits.


3mf-step files also included.

Tricky but easy to print. Just tune your bambu-studio settings. The print settings are given on the photos.

To attach the desiccant to the sides of AMS I used magnets this time. Does not harm to your original AMS. Just uses the gaps inside the AMS. Additional 200gr of silicagel will improve the aridity.

Use 10mmx3mm neodymium magnets for the holes.

This design is awesome. The tolerances for the press fit magnets are perfect/no glue necessary, and they hold 100g exactly. Do yourself a favor and fill the side WITHOUT the cutouts, unlike me (an utter fool), unless you like chasing silica spheres around your house.

I think your idea deserves a lot more credit. Its the only solution that allows you to reload desiccant without taking the spools out. Printed easly. Great Job!

tolerances are too tight for me. Real force needed to get these magnets in that measure 9.85mm. I’ve managed the lid, but only one button would fit trying 20 different magnets. I’d rather it be 1mm looser and just superglue etc for an easy life. I had to use pliers and a LOT of force to get the lid ones in. just loosen up the holes a bit please for variations. not one of my magnets is over 10mm.

i printed your design and it looks great i filled them up and the magnets cant hold them up like it needs more magnet holes like maybe 4 more 2 inbetween the holes u have now

Printed perfectly, nice job. Only feedback would be to have a ring edge type instead of knobs, but thats just preference. Otherwise Good Job!
