Wraps the edges of a Printed Solid Jesse 1kg cardboard spool with 200mm diameter

Improves contact and rotation in the AMS
Protective layer to prevent cardboard from deteriorating and cardboard dust damaging the AMS
Integrated filament clip (optional)
Name clearly visible to identify what spool it is for
Avoids blocking filament holes in the cardboard spool

Measure your spool first to ensure the diameter matches the adapter (200mm)
>> WARNING - 200mm << - When using a 200mm adapter, flip the two AMS lock tabs under the lip of the lid to hold it slightly open to give the spool enough clearance for proper rotation. If you do not the lid will rub and prevent the spool from rotating and also scratch up your lid.
The ‘right' ring has the filament clip must be on the right side when the spool is in the AMS.
If you don't need the filament clip, print two ‘left’ rings.

Print Material: I recommend PETG or PHA as they are more flexible and less prone to breakage.
200mm diameter is at the upper limit of what can fit in the AMS with the lid fully closed. When using the 200mm adapter, flip the two AMS lock tabs under the lip of the lid to hold it slightly open to give the spool enough clearance for proper rotation.
These Printed Solid spools are quite wide so I had to make the side walls a lot thinner to allow the spool to rotate smoothly. I tried this on the spools I have but there may be variability. Please let me know if you have issues.
