PCB电气性能已验证,现可以在立创开源平台oshwhub下载PCB源文件(JLCEDA 专业版 v2.1)

⚠但需要注意,经过测试,目前空载的功耗较高,有750mW,但仍能满足AMS lite供电需求。

定位是LDO效率较低。下一版将会通过兼容MP1584降压板解决。或者有其他好的小面积加压方案也欢迎提供。

I am glad to share you that the electronic performance of PCB has been verified. But pls kindly note that the power comsuption is quite high with 750mW, which can be mantained with the supply condition for AMS lite connector. 

It's caused by the LDO which is choosen mini360, the next PCB version will be compatible with MP1584 board to solve it. 

If you have any advice with tiny board size, pls kindly share with me. Thx in advance!

  1. 改一体底座,相较于群文件底座优化悬垂打印效果。
  2. 减小缓冲器开关处厚度,方便开关小板焊接。

PCB也有所更新,验证后会上传至立创oshwhub。PCB主要修改内容为:

  1. 改为单通道控制,由mqtt server处理多通道间相互关系。
  2. 增加开关小板,电机小板,优化整体走线。
  3. 改由AMS-lite接口供电。
  4. DRV8833改由焊接,优化板级面积,后续考虑整合进支架中。

Modification Note (24/04/08):

  1. Merge the base , the main and the secondary holder to one model. Comparing to the one which has been uploaded to group file, it optimized the overhang printing. 
  2. Reduction the thickness from the switch to the shell, which is more easier to be solded to the PCB.

Also the PCB has been updated, you can be free to check them after i have verified. 

Modification Note for the PCB: 

  1. Change to single channel controlled, the multi-channels interaction will be completed by the mqtt server. 
  2. Add two tiny boards, for switch and motor, which can optimize the wire arranging. 
  3. DRV8833 is changed from finished-board to a soldered chip, optimize the size for the whole board, and make possible to insert into the holder. 
  4. Change to use AMS-lite connector for power supplying.
