I have been using these boxes/bins since 2021 and thought it would be great to share back with the community.
As it has been some time ago I have designed this I can remember two sources and think the idea also relates to Gridfinity:
The design is built from the ground up in Fusion360 and is parameterized (fusion file is attached).
These boxes/bins are meant for the Raaco CarryLite 55 system that comes in multiple sizes:
RAACO assortimentsdoos CarryLite 55 4x8-16 (143615) | Elektramat'
RAACO assortimentsdoos CarryLite 55 5x10 50 bakjes (136280) | Elektramat
The bins fit well in the cases and stay put even when the case is not fully filled with bins.
The contents stay well in the boxes even when travelling or moving around.
The boxes are relatively heavy duty (wall thickness 1mm) as the contents can be heavy.
I have printed these boxes in the past with basic settings on a Prusa MK3 that has worked well for me.
The included printing profile is now set to 0.24 layer height and 0.5 width to achieve 2 borders.
