Multiboard Hinge Version 1.0

Do you need a hinge to add a moveable tile to your multiboard? Search no further. This multiboard hinge fits snuggly with your multiboard snaps in either a double or single format and provides seamless rotating mutliboard tiles. 

I created this hinge using my SCAD Hinge Design in conjunction with yanshay's Attach any 3D Model to Multiboard design. See my HSW version here and my multiconnect version here

Model Features:

• Single or Double variants for additional strength
• No “slippage” between hinge knuckles that will make the tiles shift up and down
• 5mm leaf thickness adds strenghth. Message me if you desire a different thickness

3D printing notes:

• Requires Tree Supports on build plate only
• First time closing (breaking in) the hinge will require a little bit of strength in order to get the hinge to move

Future Options:

• If users desire I can add a “locking pin” that will help keep the hinge in the closed position
• I can increase or decrease leaf thickness, width, length or hinge quantity.
