My A1 Mini is almost 3 years old and it has really bad layer shifting, the plates are wearing, and it doesn't heat well anymore. I have put my printer out of commission until I get enough points to get an $80 gift card to upgrade to an A1.I'm at 850 and need 980. (So close!) Won't be posting anything until the new A1 gets delivered probably around early July. #Newprinter

Progress on my P2S goal so far: Brand new standalone P2S w/ tax where I live is $587.43 3 $40 gift cards saved up = $120 $587.43 - $120 = $467.43 left $467.43/ $40 = 11.68 round up to 12 12 gift cards to go. 490 points per gift card = 5880 points to go 5880 points for me will take probably 6+ months. I don't need the AMS right now but maybe later. CoPrint just announced a new printer, the Quadro. Looks a lot like the A1, wirh one massive change: 4 toolheads! Price is not known yet, but on one of the graphs on their website it does show it will be less than the Snapmaker U1, which is $999. I hope that Bambu Lab is working on their own version of this, I do remember seeing a Reddit leak of a patent filed by Bambu Lab that showed an A1 Mini with two toolheads. #Newprinter #Milestone I just bought a new A1 Mini, and DANG IS THIS THING SUCH AN IMPROVEMENT!!! I am amazed by the speed and quality. No defects, no anything. Perfect layer adhesion, perfect first layer, no layer shifts, no Z banding, no vibration problems, no failed prints, no filament leaking from the hot end, no random wire cutting and replacing, and this is just my 2nd day with it. I expected with its cantilever design that there would be play in one end of the x axis, but NOTHING. I didn't know something so perfect existed, especially for only $200!!! I should have stopped wasting money on "upgrades" to my ender 3 pro a long time ago. I guess in summary expect WAY better print quality on my model pictures, and print profiles too :D
