#Questions You haven’t been able to make points from reviewing models on MakerWorld for a while now, but does anyone else remember reading that a select few users could still earn points for reviews? Is anyone making these points from reviews? I am super curious if MakerWorld ever implemented that. I completely understand why MakerWorld removed earning points from reviewing models, and I’m for it actually. If you’re not a creator, you never saw the flood of 3-star reviews we’d get, just so that user could get a cheap few points. The reason people would spam these 3-star reviews is because you don’t actually need to print the model to write a review; you can start a print and cancel it before it starts. MakerWorld recognizes that canceled print as a failed print and didn’t let you rate the model above 5 stars, but you still earned points for it. Straight up point farming! Anyway, I do miss that you could go the extra mile and earn a little bit of points, like working overtime at your job. I wonder if there is a better way to implement a way to earn a little bonus? I hope I don’t come across as greedy, but I did enjoy being able to earn those 50 extra points a month. I am incredibly grateful for how many downloads my models get, which provides me with enough points to essentially get free Bambu Lab filament. (Edited)

#Challenge #You Could Get a Shout Out #Questions ok so the first image on the left is the normal one but the one on the right has 3 things missing from the normal one if you figure the 3 out you get a shout out you dont need to be first you just got to find them 1 of them is pretty tricky but the other 2 are fairly easy once you found them screenshot the Pic circle the missing places post it in a community post and tag me and i will tell you if you got them 3d print lots of things(Edited)

I understand now why there are no real survival tools and gear on this site, there's no motivation to create things that will be "less popular." It's so sad that 3D printing could save lives by bringing useful tools to people who otherwise don't have access, and by creating niche solutions to problems ignored by large corporations, but you all care more about making what's super popular and gets boosts, vs what wilderness first responders could save lives with, such as myself. Once again, being popular on the internet is a higher priority than helping people. No surprise there. @MakerWorld How about a contest for preparedness and survival equipment? It would help motivate new makes and possibly save lives. Or maybe just redo your hiking contest with things that are actually useful? #Questions #Newmodel(Edited)
