My curious and mildly chaotic cats kept prying open my closet doors to eat the pockets out of coats that had treats or crumbs in them. Standard magnetic or friction based closet door catches were not strong enough to resist a determined feline. I designed and printed this latch, and it has worked perfectly! I have made a few updates over time, and most recently changed it to simplify printing without supports.
