I´m a mechanical engineer who thinks that 3d-printing is even better than duct tape when it comes to solving problems. I only post original designs. Whenever assembly is needed I always post real engineering drawings that show how to do it. Normally my designs have been used for a while at home before I post them so I know that they are useful at least to me and my family.

After the great reception of my KE50 conveyor system, I now present the KE75 conveyor. This is a wider, straight running conveyor with a very sturdy guide rail system. The guide rail system also serves as cable ducts which makes the electrical installation easier. This chain can not turn which makes it easier to print and build, gives it smaller gaps between the links which is good for buffer tables or accumulating conveyors in general.

I´ve been asked to make this phone holder also for iPhone 16 Pro max and now it´s available for those who are interested. Perfect when you need to use both hands to do something but still want to make a video.

This is a phone holder that is made for situations where you need to film something with your phone but you need both hands free. It is particularly handy when shooting an instruction video of an assembly process, using both hands for the assembly while seeing everything on the screen at the same time. Important to know what you are filming while shooting the video. I´ve also used this device to film my table tennis practices. It´s very easy to setup and adjust the correct angles and so on.

I made a few of these carton turning devices in the pharma industry and I felt like making a 3d-printable version. Really fun to tinker with for different pack sizes and so satisfying to se the endless flow with two 90-degree turns every lap :-)!

This is a fence made out of standard compost grid (wire mesh) and 3d-printed parts. The 3d-printed hinges are print in place without supports and are printed out of PLA, without supports. With this solution it´s easy to assemble 3,4,5 or as many grids as you like to make any kind of fence you need. When the fence is not used, it´s very easy to just fold it together and store it with minimum effort and maximum of space efficiency.

It came out great in Bambulab Glow Orange! Exceptional detail! It was a little bit hard to remove the supports, but on the other hand....all of them came off in one piece when I applied enough force. Well done!

Printed easy in Bambulab PETG HF! Spins really well, partly because this material has liw friction. Great!

Printed easy and worked well! I changed some things in the print profile: 1. 0.4mm nozzle instead of 0.2. 2. 0.2mm layer height instead of 0.1mm. The ”stairs” obtained by the more coarse settings looks cool and does not bother me. Functional prints are the best prints😀👍!

This is a KE50 wedge conveyor in a layout commonly used in the can/jar industry to blow debris out of empty cans and print date on the bottom. Makes a cool rig for beer on my next party :-)!

I have had many requests for a poop conveyor for the X1 and P1 series so here it is! The chain has almost no gaps between the links, even if it can turn, so this makes it ideal for transporting poop.
