Got my Printer late 2024, and I'm ready to print.
I like to print Replicas, but I also like good functional parts for my printer or computer.
So, lets print.

Printed in Sunlu PETG. Bottom and top could be a bit more stable. One brace every 45° or 1–2 layers more.

Printed in Sunlu PETG. Looks like the pin seals well enough so that no air can escape.

Printed in Sunlu ASA. Drying at 65 °C with the boxes inside working very well. But I am using used bigger side boxes from another project.

Print speed were too fast for my ASA, but this was my fault, the scraper looks stabile. I hope it holds long.

Nice project, but I have made some modifications on the fan section for the cables. The box is connected directly to the P1S PSU. Parts are printed with Bambu ASA-CF.

Printed with Sunlu High Speed PETG. I have made some modifications to use my round 10×2 mm magnets and reduce the support.
The closed poop chute is perfect to heat um the chamber for my ASA prints.

Good printable with Sunlu ASA, but it looks like the parts rub against the back of the Tool Head.

This is my favorite of all internal holders for a thermometer I have found. Printed in ASA, but I have changed the orientation of the model.

I already had a version made of PETG. This time I printed one out of ASA. However, my HEPA filters are usually too wide (large variations in filters). Before, I always had to painstakingly cut the sides of the HEPA filters, now I've removed the side panels from this model.

Printed to the end with ASA.
BUT: At 50°, the nozzle begins to punch the side of the tower, but not on every layer. This stops at around 70°. Perhaps a redirection of the model can help, or the tower must be a bit thicker.

A good solution to see, how a filament looks like. You can also add text with Babu Studio or an external software.

I was worried that there might be problems with the overhangs by printing with ASA, but everything printed perfectly
