My name is Cohen. I’m the man behind CR Designs. My journey started December 24th, 2024, with an A1 and a little blue Benchy. I’ve since taught myself Fusion and enjoy bringing free models to the table. I create functional models with a clean look - at least that’s the goal! A good example is TriStance, my phone tripod. If you’re interested in seeing behind the scenes, I make posts exclusively for my followers that do just that. “For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.” ‭‭Romans‬ ‭1‬:‭16‬

I thought it might be a good idea to take advantage of this sale before it ends! Super excited to see that Misty Blue PETG. I had planned on buying more aesthetic filaments since there is a bulk sale right now, but most were out of stock, haha. Was able to snag some PLA Wood and PLA Glow though! The White Oak PLA Wood looks like it’ll be beautiful; I’ve never had it before. I had gotten the credits from purchasing my H2C a little while ago, so that was a nice discount. First time using credits for me! It was super simple. All you do is agree to the terms and conditions, then flip a toggle switch, and your credits apply a discount on your order. Thanks to everyone downloading, printing, and boosting, I gathered up a few gift cards together and only had to pay $25 for 17kg of filament. :) Thank you!

Sometimes you have models that are small, but absolutely take off with downloads. On the other hand you have models like this: larger more useful designs that don’t get many downloads. This model didn’t even pay for the $5 dowel I bought to make it, lol! Althought do I understand this model is kind of niche. I did enjoy making this cable tray, and I myself getting use from it. :) #Sharing Makes(Edited)

The model is cool and all, but have you seen the satisfying GIF? That’s where the real value is at ;D #Sharing Makes(Edited)

If anyone cares, I’ll be breaking my regular upload schedule yet again. I usually post a sneak peek on Wednesday, which would be today, and upload Thursday. This happens every other week, but I sadly don’t have anything ready this time around. I have no plans on quitting, no plans on leaving; I just haven’t been able to print and/or design as much as I want to. I still enjoy it very much; if anything, I enjoy it more than ever since I received my H2C! Anyway, I will upload on the Thursdays I can, but don’t expect the usual schedule. I’ll do my best, but hopefully I will be able to get back on schedule soon. Please, stick with me. I’m not dying or leaving, I’m simply unable to upload as much as usual. I have great plans for the future and want to keep growing. I’m so thankful for the growth my account has already achieved! Thank y’all for your patience. Again, I’m not leaving, just delaying uploads. Sorry to do this again :’)(Edited)

#Questions Does anyone else’s H series… squeak? 😅 When my H2C uses the insane acceleration it has, the movement causes the anti-vibration feet to do their job in letting the printer move, and the printer makes a squeaking noise. I’m not sure if it’s the feet themselves or the outer panels rubbing on whatever. My P2S never made a noise, other than the actual sounds from printing. It’s worth noting that my H2C has just over 100 hours. It’s not that big of a deal either, but I’m just clueless as to why it would be doing this haha. And if I’m not the only one with a squeaky H2, then let me know please! 😂(Edited)

Got the print profiles up for the 3 color versions! Totally unnecessary, but I think it looks awesome. #Sharing Makes(Edited)

Did you know that you can buy screen protectors for your Bambu printers? I ordered a glass one for my H2C, and it’s pretty awesome! Not only does it protect the cheap plastic screen underneath from being scratched, but it feels much nicer to use. Here’s the Amazon link to the one I bought. It says P2S and X2D, but they both have the same display as the H2 series. https://a.co/d/03LW5mNT #Sharing Tips(Edited)

I was a big fan of the new app UI, until I found the “start printing” ad when your printer is idle. I mean come on, I have a 3D-printer, you don’t need to tell me to 3D-print things. 😂Heck, I can hardly shut up about it!(Edited)

Coasters are often around drinks in mugs, so why not store them in a mug? This print does just that, and fits right into the environment. The holder can store up to ten coasters that are 10cm in diameter. If you don't have coasters of your own, no problem! I designed some coasters that pair well with the mug. The inside of the coasters is a hexagonal mesh that holds drips and condensation from your drink, and can be printed in a second color to imitate coffee or hot chocolate when being stored. #Newmodel #Sharing Makes(Edited)

Do you remember when I made a post saying I’d be taking a break from uploading? Good news: that break is over! I think it’s good news haha, but I believe I do have some explaining to do. You might have seen that I just took delivery of a Bambu Lab H2C recently. Since that printer is such a unit, I decided that I’d sell my A1 and P2S to help make room. Most times only one printer was printing while the other sat idle anyway. I knew from last year that Bambu Lab hosts annual anniversary sales, starting sometime in June. To get the most out of my used A1 and P2S, I sold them a couple of months before they dropped in price from the sale. I was also waiting for the H2C to be discounted in the sale. Therefore, I have not had a printer for the past couple of months, meaning I couldn’t upload. I said during that downtime that I wanted to learn some surface modeling and maybe get some YouTube Shorts uploaded, but I didn’t get as much done as I wanted to, lol. Though I did peek into surface modeling, and it’s pretty awesome! I still do plan on learning some more of it, and will try and incorporate it in my models where I can. Long story short, I will be uploading models again, and will have one ready by Thursday. :) Followers exclusive post coming soon on that one! It’s noting fancy, but I thought it was a little clever haha.(Edited)

This was a surprise! I was just perusing the collections made by the offical MakerWorld account, and I noticed my filament swatch case was included in one. I’m honored :) https://makerworld.com/@MakerWorld/collections/5747470?appSharePlatform=copy(Edited)

#Questions Does anybody have some experience with the TPU Feed Assist module? I’m looking at picking one up, but I can’t find much on what people’s thoughts are. If you have one, I’d love to hear your opinion on it. :)(Edited)

This model hit 500 downloads just a couple days ago, so I thought I’d print in 3 colors on my new H2C to celebrate! :) I never expected this model to do very well, it was simply meant to be a no hassle print in place box for filament swatches. Thank y’all so much for downloading, printing, boosting, liking, and collecting, as always. ❤️ #Sharing Makes(Edited)

Weirdly enough, I couldn't find a five color Benchy to test my H2C out! There are plenty of seven color Benchys, but the H2C only comes with five 0.4mm nozzles and a single AMS 2 Pro, meaning only 5 colors out of the box. Therefor, I've added 5 colors to the original Benchy all at a 45 degree angle to increase color changes, that way you can watch the H2C, a piece of engineering art, do it's magic. #Sharing Makes Correct me if I’m wrong, but you are allowed to re-upload a model that is public domain if you’ve done basically anything to it, correct? I’ve seen plenty of Benchys that have been uploaded, not even as a remix, that are simply just colored. I uploaded this one as a remix just to be sure. If you know better, please let me know :)(Edited)

Do y’all remember when I was talking about wanting some PETG in the same Blue Gray color as the PLA Basic? Bambu did it! 😍 It’s not called Blue Gray; it’s Misty Blue. It’s also not in their loved PETG HF, instead the color is in their new PETG Basic. Either way, I need a spool or two ASAP!(Edited)

Here’s a friendly reminder to read a model’s description before printing it! You should always read a model’s description, especially if the print is designed to fit onto an existing piece. Descriptions don’t always try to coax you into printing a model, but can show you how the model was intended to be used. And in my case, what the model fits on. Say you did print the part and it doesn’t work as expected, you should read the description anyways and check to see if it’s your fault before you leave a nasty comment or review. I’d appreciate that. :)(Edited)

Might be worth checking if any of these designs are yours :)
ATTENTION DESIGNERS! This Etsy store is full of nothing but STOLEN designs. He is selling YOUR designs with No License and according to ETSY even if he is licesned they do not allow sales of 3d prints when they are not the original designer. https://www.etsy.com/legal/creativity/ Please check it out and message the seller. I did and their reply warranted me to report them and their store. https://www.etsy.com/shop/Bryans3DPrinting #Warning #Sharing Tips #Stolen Models

There it is, 500 downloads! I’m so extremely thankful for each and every one. I know I’ve said this alot, but I mean it: this model was tricky to perfect, but I learned so much in the process and enjoyed every bit of it. Thank you! ❤️(Edited)

Goodness, I find it crazy to think that there are 10,000 of my models as physical prints out in the wild. I can’t thank y’all enough for the support y’all have shown me over this year and a half! When you print my models, you choose to put hours onto your machine, and money, in the form of filament, into my projects. And 15,000 times someone decided my model was worth downloading. I mean it, really, thank you! I’m excited to experience the next 10,000 prints with you, and keep making each model better than the last. :D
