It always amazes me how i can just take something out the computer and put it into real life. Someone understand the criteria the winners of competitions are chosen? There were several nice prints which fit the theme and also appealed the community. Of course I´m biased because my model was trending and didn´t win shit. Call me a sore loser. I don´t wanna discredit any other model or creator. I´m just repeatedly staggered about some of the participation awards. Can´t be that my model is inspired by a movie - other winners are too. There are comments, although not even 10%, about harsh support removal - well i can do the same as other winners and just tell you to clue everything together. Don´t need supports then, but where is the point in doing that when I´m 3D printing. Well i don´t get it. Same thing back in the pet supplies competition. I think if i printed every building in a different color it might have won an award. Woohoo. Never used or thought about other platforms but I´m probably gonna turn my back on makerworld. #Competition #Citiesofthefuture
