Description

Inception City

How will the future city look like? Despite all futuristic ideas already displayed in our world today by for example Zaha Hadid Architects, i dont think it will be the solution for the mass. Atleast for my lifetime there will be Cities as we know, but maybe they will bend over a bit…

Modern accessory for the living room or the desk. Can also be used as a key tray. Have fun printing!

You can crack the ones inbetween buildings with a scissor. The supports have punctual contact while the buildings are printed over the whole base area. So the connection is way stronger than the ones of the supports. I removed everything despite the few in the round building with pincers. If it doesnt work out for you that way, you can remove/place the supports manually. Depending on your printer and the quality/condition of the filament this can probably be printed with less supports. Greetings

This could be made into a very interesting phone stand.

Can you elaborate on that? so the models base is the curved surface and you put the phone on the long Side?

Replying to @ModellKontor :
I'm not exactly sure how it'd look. But it would just need some type of lip, then a 135° angle that the back of the phone rests on. Maybe something shaped like a bent paperclip from the side. I'm not much of a designer. So I'm not exactly sure how it would look.

you could use the city as the back of the phone stand, The downside is that you won't see the city... Just an idea...
