My name is Cohen. I’m the man behind CR Designs. My journey started December 24th, 2024, with an A1 and a little blue Benchy. I’ve since taught myself Fusion and enjoy bringing free models to the table.
I create functional models with a clean look - at least that’s the goal! A good example is TriStance, my phone tripod.
If you’re interested in seeing behind the scenes, I make posts exclusively for my followers that do just that.

Do y’all remember when I was talking about wanting some PETG in the same Blue Gray color as the PLA Basic? Bambu did it! 😍 It’s not called Blue Gray; it’s Misty Blue. It’s also not in their loved PETG HF, instead the color is in their new PETG Basic. Either way, I need a spool or two ASAP!(Edited)

The #Parametrichomedecor #Hostedbyu contest is over! I’m super excited I was able to participate. I believe it helped my model be seen by others. It achieved 500+ downloads and 200+ prints during that time, and I’m extremely thankful for them all. I put a lot of effort into this one, and it was worth it! In the end, it came out as a seamless pot generator with a beautiful texture and several different feet options. I’m stoked to see the contest winners when the time comes!(Edited)

Here’s a friendly reminder to read a model’s description before printing it!
You should always read a model’s description, especially if the print is designed to fit onto an existing piece. Descriptions don’t always try to coax you into printing a model, but can show you how the model was intended to be used. And in my case, what the model fits on.
Say you did print the part and it doesn’t work as expected, you should read the description anyways and check to see if it’s your fault before you leave a nasty comment or review. I’d appreciate that. :)(Edited)

Might be worth checking if any of these designs are yours :)
ATTENTION DESIGNERS!
This Etsy store is full of nothing but STOLEN designs. He is selling YOUR designs with No License and according to ETSY even if he is licesned they do not allow sales of 3d prints when they are not the original designer.

Please check it out and message the seller. I did and their reply warranted me to report them and their store.

There it is, 500 downloads! I’m so extremely thankful for each and every one. I know I’ve said this alot, but I mean it: this model was tricky to perfect, but I learned so much in the process and enjoyed every bit of it. Thank you! ❤️(Edited)

Howdy! I normally like to show a sneak peek of my new model on Wednesday, and release the model Thursday. This happens biweekly. Today would be the day, but…
I’m pregnant!
Just kidding, haha. Dudes can’t be pregnant. Though, I will be taking a short break from uploading, and I’ll be using this time to better get to know my CAD software, Fusion, tinker with making renders in Blender, and I may upload some more cringy YouTube shorts.
Don’t write me off yet! I’m not leaving, and the uploads will be better than ever after this time. I’m pretty excited for what’s ahead, a new chapter for CR Designs :D(Edited)

What do y’all think of the Key Features section that I’m putting in my descriptions as of late? I know AI likes to add these dotted sections in model descriptions, but I can assure you that I don’t use AI to write my descriptions; I take pride in my descriptions. Just because AI does it doesn’t mean it isn’t useful! If you’d rather not read the description in full, summing up the key features lets you get the gist of it from a glance.
I noticed some of my descriptions can be kind of short, which isn’t a bad thing, but I tend to like models that have a longer detailed description. So adding the key features is another way for me to lengthen my description haha.

Goodness, I find it crazy to think that there are 10,000 of my models as physical prints out in the wild. I can’t thank y’all enough for the support y’all have shown me over this year and a half!
When you print my models, you choose to put hours onto your machine, and money, in the form of filament, into my projects. And 15,000 times someone decided my model was worth downloading. I mean it, really, thank you!
I’m excited to experience the next 10,000 prints with you, and keep making each model better than the last. :D

I wanted a dedicated place for my over-ear headphones. Instead of looking for a design, which I'm sure there are many great ones, I was bored and made one myself haha. It's a no hassle print and is ready to use right off the build plate - no supports, no assembly, and prints in place. Simply press print and come back to a design that's ready to use! No worries if you have an A1 Mini, as I made sure to include a shorter stand for you Mini users. The Mini's stand is 190mm, while the normal is 220mm.

Wow, 1k prints! That means there are 1,000 people that have printed this out and installed it on their A1, which is mind-blowing to think about. I’m thrilled and extremely thankful for how well it’s performed. It took a ton of little test prints and hours of designing to perfect, but as always, I bring you my best! :)

You get to read about and see all the features upfront in the description of my latest model, but I'd also like to share with you the "hidden features,” if you will, of my woven pot. These things are something you may never even encounter, but they are there for a polished experience!
First off, when you're choosing your pot size, it knows the size you chose and won't let the feet size exceed an amount that will cause issues. If you put in 80mm feet size on a 50mm inner diameter pot, everything would be out of whack! But, you can do 80mm feet size on a 150mm pot. Again, for a more polished experience!
Second, while choosing the foot count, the generator automatically knows the max amount of feet you can have from two factors: inner diameter and feet size. This means the feet will never be able to intersect each other. It's worth noting the generator prioritizes the feet size over foot count. Yet again, for a more polished experience!
Third, the generator makes both the pot and feet at the same time, on the same plate, that way they can be printed at once.
Though you can always separate them and print in different colors. Anyway, when you choose a different feet style, some styles are larger than others. Meaning, if the spacing doesn't adjust between the pot and the legs on the plate, they'll collide and fuse together while printing. But, I won't let that happen, as the distance between the pot and feet does adjust dynamically!
Fourth, there is special geometry under the pot that act as floating supports, which help the bridging for the feet cavity. You can see this in some of the pot’s images.
You'd expect to see limits like those in every parametric model, but they aren't in all of them, and it can be tricky to dial in these limits as well. I made sure to bring you only the best of my abilities! I had so much fun learning how to use parameters inside of Fusion, and now I can bring to you an even better parametric model next time around.
And hey, if you want to test those limits out for yourself, the model link is below! :D

Did you know that MakerWorld recently added compatibility for customizing parametric models all within Bambu Handy? No need to get out your computer anymore. It’s pretty nice, and handy! :D It’s something MakerWorld has needed for a while now.
If you want to test it, I have a fresh upload you can try it on ;)

And there it is, 1K followers! I am super thankful for each and every one of you. I never would’ve thought my account would grow to be this big. Does this mean I’m popular now? Just kidding, haha. I was awarded my popular creator badge though, which is pretty exciting.
I’m not done yet though! I’m going to continue uploading and striving to make each model better than the last. I’d like to find a niche someday as well, but still brainstorming ideas haha.
Thank you for your support! :D(Edited)

This contest was an answer to my prayers, and I’m so excited to bring to you my entry! It’s a fully parametric pot with a woven texture and 7 different feet styles. It’s adjustable from rim to feet, and I mean it! The diameter and depth are adjustable, as well as the feet style, size, and count. The texture of the pot dynamically adjusts to the dimensions you enter, and does a beautiful job with hiding seams and layer lines from 3D-printing. Big and wide plant? No problem. Small but tall plant? No problem. Your plant outgrew its pot? No problem. This pot will adjust for it all! If you’re unsure if your plant will work, just grab some dimensions, throw them in the generator, and choose a feet style. The choice is yours!

Here it is, the fully parametric woven pot! I’m so excited to share this design with you. The texture not only gives the model an elegant look, but does a fantastic job at hiding seams and the layer lines from 3D printing. With it being parametric, the texture has to adjust dynamically to your desired size, and it does just that. It doesn't only have a fantastic texture, but you can choose between 7 different feet styles, or just not use feet at all! The choice is yours.

Looked on Amazon for a cable tray, found out they're $25+, and I couldn't have that as a 3D-designer equipped with a 3D-Printer! So here we are. Went and got 3/4 inch diameter 72 inch long dowel from Lowes, sat down for an afternoon, and came up with this. It's a cable tray that clamps onto your desk with no permanent modifications to your desk for a quick way to tidy your setup's cables. You can do some cable management if you want to, or just shove them in the tray! Nobody will see them ;)

Howdy! This build plate holder was designed to be compact, but still hold your plates firmly. It doesn't use that much filament; the default profile only uses 36g. But why use the default profile when you can customize it to your liking? The parametric design allows you to adjust the plate count and the plate spacing. Not only does it do the job, it looks sleek while doing it. Enjoy! :)

I’m pretty exited for this one! What is it? It's a MagSafe phone charger stand inspired by the Apple Pro Stand. It has tilt and height adjustability, and if you wish, you can print the model with a spot for the Apple Watch charger. I did my best to keep that iconic Apple design style, and included little details such as the adjustable dials mimic the style of the Apple Watch Digital Crown. STEP files are included if you wish to modify it. I'm excited to hear your thoughts! :)
