The pump body and nozzle of both versions are interchangeable.
When lubricating printing equipment, a syringe is needed. Since those found online couldn't be printed, I designed one myself.
Since I have a 3D printer, of course, I can make it myself if it's producible!
For scale printing, using color would be too wasteful and not worthwhile. So, I didn't make a multi-color version.
Please note, this model is only suitable for grease. Hard contact makes it difficult to guarantee a good seal, and after adding the nozzle, it needs to be pushed slowly. It is not suitable for holding lubricating oil.
The non-TPU version aims to ensure sealing as much as possible, so the clearance between the plunger and the pump body is small. Be extra careful during assembly, and if necessary, polish the conical tip of the plunger smooth.
If you have stricter requirements for sealing accuracy, it is recommended to purchase industrially manufactured syringes.
