Description

Tame the cable chaos and reclaim your desk space. This Device Rack is designed for the multi-gadget era, featuring graduated slot heights to support everything from a smartphone to a heavy-duty laptop.

Why this design works:

  • The "Skyline" Silhouette: The dividers get taller toward the back. This means small phones don't get lost in the back, and large laptops get the structural support they need.
  • Case-Friendly: I made the slots wide enough to accommodate those chunky, drop-proof foam cases (as seen with the blue kindle case) and travel carrying cases.
  • Vented for Safety: The horizontal cutouts in the dividers aren't just for looks - they allow for airflow so devices stay cool even if they're charging while docked.
  • No-Topple Base: The footprint is wide and stable, so even if he grabs the front phone quickly, the whole rack stays put.

Print Settings:

  • Material: PLA (Works great in bold colors!)
  • Supports: None (Designed to print clean as-is)
  • Infill: 15-20% (Rectilinear or Gyroid for strength)
  • Walls: 3 perimeters for extra rigidity in the tall dividers.
