Description

I designed this rack for my needs, as I couldn't find a complete solution for storing all my brushes, but also the ones I currently work with.

I wanted something ergonomically and stable.

NOTE: if you print other profiles than mine (designer), it could be scaled down (to fit a1 mini for example) and my optional water pots will not fit correctly. You need to scale the pots down also.
If you are printing my profiles only, everything fits correctly.

*easy to print.

*space to store 5 brushes horizontally while painting.

*space to hold 21 brushes/tools vertically.

*two different size, optional double water pots which fits perfectly the rack. My second profile.

*different hole size to cover all needs: 12 x 8mm, 8 x 10mm, 1 x 14mm.

*ergonomic tapper of the holes, to easy put back the brushes and no trying to make them stand vertically.

*generous space between each tool, to be easy to access each of them.

*has a tray under the horizontal rack, to be used for any small items you want.

When you scaled it down, did the brush holes still say big enough to fit your brushes? I was thinking of doing the same thing

yes only brushes that aren't fitting are the big square handle ones, but those I lay in the front

so glad you find it useful ! thank you for your review and boost ! I also made a small water recipient to fit over the middle tray.... but will block 2 of the 5 horizontal storage places. Now I'll try printing a bigger one, but will have to be removed while using the horizontal storage (while painting).

Perfect print profile, with no issues. Model does its job well, already using it on my craft bench. The horizontal shelf is great for when you have multiple ink brushes on the go at the same time.

Nice and easy - could be a little easier on the filament with some refinement, but overall, a good design.
