Description

Bambu Lab Spool Stealth Snap In Filament Clip PLA+

 

For best results use PLA+/Pro – Standard PLA will give mixed results.

 

Ultra low profile clip that presses in firmly from the inside of the spool to be a permanent filament clip for the life of the spool. Will work on any Bambu Spool with the 3.6mm Holes and no more than 3.6mm thick. Micro-fins lock it in.

 

Attach ONCE and be done with it for the life of the roll. It will not interfere with printing or storing on a rack. Be sure to align the hole before pushing it through otherwise you can rotate it with small tool. 

 

These are TINY so filament matters. They fit perfectly tight with Sunlu PLA+. If you have trouble with size, try another filament. Considering how much filament they take, experimenting is cheap. :P 

 

100% AMS Compatible - Align spool so the clip clears the funnel when rotating on the RIGHT side of the spool. (Double check your AMS, an odd revision could be out there that wants it on the left but everything I have seen shows the right side being the correct side)

The clips fit perfectly print quickly and use little filament I immediately printed several to keep as spares :) Thank you very much

appeared to print well but sheered off after insertion. I’ll try again with a non-silk filament. it was just what I was trying to get rid of.

Thank you for this ingenious minimalist design I already use a similar design for cardboard spools This is attached from the outside to the inside Yours is even more minimalist and the “threaded fastener” its name “Stealth Snap in” is simply ingenious Since the filament is never cut at the same point on the spool circumference it is only logical to simply attach another clip Also because the “thread” suffers when removed and when reinserted in another hole it no longer holds as well But honestly at the next filament cut the clip will be needed again elsewhere In my case so far no more than two of the clips have been required in any spool They always remain inside On which side of the spool it is in my case with AMS Lite is irrelevant
