Description

Often there is something to be said for keeping it simple.

NEW - added 19 mm as a separrate STL file

NEW added 15mm, 16mm and 25mm as a separate STL file

This model is a set of 90 degree corner blocks for METRIC SIZES 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, 15mm, 18mm and 25mm panels. They are simple to print and use and will help ensure your assembly is square.

I also have a set of panel supports for 6mm - 25 mm panels (the orange pieces) that work with these.

I also have these in imperial sizes as well sized for ¼" - 1" for both the stands and the corner units.

Printed the 12mm and works very well, would be handy to have a 9mm version for plywood

Thank you for the info. I will add one. Are there any other sizes that are used. Sorry I am still with the old imperial system.

Thanks, just missing the 9mm - in the UK Plywood and MDF typically come in 6mm, 9mm, 12mm and 18mm thicknesses so you already have the others covered

Very nice and useful. I scaled it up to 107% so that it fits the European popular thickness of 19mm. Now I would like to know where to find those 'stabilizers' also visible i your pictures?

Hi there, this is a fantastic model. Could you possibly create a 16mm version?

Do I miss something? The 18mm have 18.5 mm, pretty much useless, the 18mm particle board just slide through them. They should hold the panels firm in place so you can screw them.

There is some tolerances built into the parts. Your particle board is also not exactly 18mm there is also a tolerance built in. If you want the parts to fit exactly then you can scalet the parts in the slicer. Make sure to test print a cube with your 3d printer as it also has tolerances issues due to prnter and filament. You will need to adjust there too. Welcome to the real not cad world!
