Skadis Mini Modular Drawer System Design

This mini modular drawer system is designed for Skadis pegboard users. Blending functionality and aesthetics, this design helps maintain an organized workshop or workspace.

Features:

1. Modular Construction: Drawers can be combined in various configurations to suit your needs and mounted on the Skadis pegboard.

• Designed optimally for 2x3 or 3x2 configurations. Other combinations or larger arrangements are also possible.

  Important Considerations!

  • Only two pegboard hooks are needed for wall mounting. Attempting to add a third side-by-side will result in misalignment. In 3x2 or 2x3 systems, two hooks provide ample stability. Refer to the example image. (Hooks are the black components)

• For easy hook installation, gently lift both sides evenly.

  

• The mobile drawer system is a single-piece print. To attach the drawer to the modular boxes, first insert one hook into the box, then gently flex the other hook to securely seat it. The image will assist you.

  

• Hooks are included to prevent the boxes from separating. Ensure the hooks are properly engaged when assembling the boxes. To detach boxes, gently flex the hooks.

  

• I recommend enabling manual tree supports when printing the boxes. These are included in the print settings; however, please take note of this if you use custom settings. The image shows the support structure from below.

  

• Beyond Bambu logos, I’ve added an option for customizable drawer fronts to indicate contents. You can personalize this in the print profile using the “Change Text” function. These logos and text can be secured using double-sided tape or quick-drying adhesive.
