Model002 Accessories - P-Series Cooling Fan Bracket, Nozzle Cap, A1 Cold Remedy

Project Introduction

Fitiall 3D has introduced a novel hot end—Model 002—for Bambu Lab 3D printers. Weighing under 12g, boasting a generous flow rate of 35mm³/s, and compatible with A, P, and X models, it also features rapid nozzle interchangeability. This post compiles all open-source accessories for convenient downloading and printing.

1. The “Bosuo” torque wrench is specifically engineered to extend the service life of threaded components and facilitate hot-swapping. If you’ve purchased a hot end, simply insert the included sleeve into this printed part. Alternatively, a 5mm sleeve can be acquired for independent assembly;
2. The “Bengang” nozzle storage cap caters to users with multiple quick-change nozzles. Repurpose your packaging glass bottles—avoid discarding them! Become a champion of environmental stewardship;
3. “Zega” is a fan bracket designed for P-series models. Re-printing is recommended for users prioritizing superior print quality;
4. “Ganmaoling”: The Model 002-A’s reduced heatsink allows for heat leakage to the heating block, causing it to “catch a cold.” This leads to nozzle clogging when printing PETG or frequently changing filaments during multicolor printing.

Note

The printed component is a monolithic design; do not alter its orientation, as this could result in internal seizing. Employ PETG filament.

Using PLA will increase torque, potentially raising the risk of thread stripping.

Always utilize a torque wrench when assembling or disassembling the quick-change nozzle to prevent thread stripping or jamming.
