Dice Jail - Tower of Shame - D&D

Sometimes, your dice misbehave and need a time out. There were a lot of dice jail/prison designs on here, but none of them felt ridiculous enough, so I thought I'd design one that appealed to me. This is actually a new version of a model that I released on another platform that shall not be named, and I thought it was time for an update/upgrade.

The model was designed with the idea of using thin metal rods that had a diameter of 2.75mm, which are added during a pause in the printing. Metal coat hangers are around this same size, and work just fine if cut to length. Also, I've found that the 3mm diameter printer filament works really well.

If you want to go that route:

When the pause occurs, snap the supports out of the way (they're no longer needed at this point in the print), drop your metal bars in there, make sure they don't extend above the top of the print, and then resume!

Alternatively, there are versions of the model that have bars built in if you don't want to deal with the pause/resume action, or can't find suitable bars.

In the profile, you'll find 4 print plates:

1. Flat bricks - Pause for Bars
2. Chamfered bricks - Pause for Bars
3. Flat with print in place bars
4. Chamfered with print in place bars

I think the flat and chamfered designs have totally different feelings to them, so pick whichever resonates with your hatred for bad dice rolls.
