Baby board - our little world stand

I was tasked with designing a stand for our new-borns baby board (Our little world).
There are three variations as I overlooked somethings during proto-typing.

First a simple stand, with a lip.

Second a curved lip that drops down in the centre (this is because there is a door that opens on the baby board - see photos)

Third, the curved lip and a stabilising triangle to prevent it from tipping over.

I found the board to still easily slip from side to side but used some hot glue to fix it in place.


Dimension (approximations):
The stands hold the board at a 22.5 degree angle.
The gap between the lip and the stand is 15mm

The stand itself is 22cm wide and 20.5 cm tall

The stand is 23 cm deep with the stabiliser and 13cm without

Print settings:
I used an 0.8mm nozzle, 3 walls and 10% gyroid fill to print the models, I used the extra walls for a bit more strength and in order to have something to smooth down if I choose to at a later point, and gyroid because I just wanted to try it.

These have all been printed in Bambu basic PLA
