RUGGED DRAWER SYSTEM

RUGGED FOR  REASON! Designed to meet the demands of both light and heavy-duty storage applications. 

A stackable Gridfinity Drawer System that perfectly pairs with the Rugged Desktop Organizers, Bins and more.  Stand alone stackable drawers.  This versatile and functional model is perfect for those looking to bring organization to their workspace.  It's available in multiple sizes (more profiles/sizes coming soon). Whether it’s for your desk at home, office or work bench, this Drawer System is designed to bring ease and structure to your space.

 Notes:

• ● / ○ Single Dots in profile means single height frame
• ●● / ○○ Double dots in profile means Double Height.
• ▣ / ▣▣ Single and Double Squares are H2x Printer sized drawers ( ? You can possible print some of these on P2S and A1 ? )
• Print times shown in profile are for all plates, not actual print times.

Printing Tips/Settings:

• With large prints, warping can happen.
• Clean your print bed thoroughly
• Use Glue Stick or Nano Polymer to prevent warping
• If not using my profile, be sure the Aux Fan in the X1/P1S is turned off (This can help prevent warping on large prints)
• If your room temp is colder than normal, raising up bed temp to 65c can help.

• I setup the Drawer Frame to print vertically (backside down) without supports. There can be a little stringing under some of the gridfinity, but that did not warrant me using supports. 10 seconds of post processing (just clip the sagging strings) saves a lot of print time. If you want or need to use supports, I'd recommend paint on manual supports only under each gridfinity block on the bottom.

  • Print Settings that can help and often do not transfer when checking printer type.
  • In SPEED | slow down for overhangs.
    • 50mm/s - 10%
    • 40mm/s - 25%
  • Acceleration | Outer Wall = 3500mm/s

Q&A - What does Gridfinity 3x5, 3x4, 2x5, etc. mean?

• Gridfinity is a modular, open-source organization system that uses a grid to attach/organize multiple boxes or holders to items.
• Gridfinity Baseplates are optional, not required for these models. Profile for Gridfinity Baseplates added, you can overlap your drawer across multiple baseplates to secure multiple drawer frames together horizontally.
• 3x4, 3x5 etc. is the grid size on the top/bottom of drawer frame and other gridfinity models dimensions.
• Optional Magnet baseplates offer the option of a very secure platform (Only a few magnets should be more than enough)  
• The drawer frame sizes are based on the Gridfinity Grid, but you can mix sizes.
