Description

This remix of 270 Degree Door Hinge - Designed for 3D Printing by @KYZ Design, was engineered for superior strength and durability, featuring two extended support plates to accommodate heavier loads. Ideal for cabinets, doors, and storage units that require a robust hinge solution, this hinge is optimized for 3D printing, ensuring a smooth pivot action while providing reliable support. The dual extended design distributes the weight evenly, making it perfect for larger or frequently used doors. It's easy to install with standard screws, offering a practical DIY solution for home, workshop, or any other use case you can think if -- very useful.

  • In case you don't have Nuts and Bolts you can print the added print profile, note that it's a bit hard to screw it: since I wanted it to be strong I had to cut part of the bolt so it can be printed laying. so I still recommand buying an iron bolt and I ended up using M4 x 40 mm but the printed bolt can work as well.

Nut & Bolt - 0.2mm layer, 6 walls, 100% infill
5/32" DIA These were a little long but, being printed I was able to trim them up to size with a flush cutter. I like that they were tight, I needed to use pliers to tighten the nut down.

Theyre here, they work. Good size but any scaling will cause issues. I like the increased surface area. 5/32" hole through if you want to bore it out.

i like them! but what happened with the countersinks? why is there 2 on one surface and 3 more on the opposite surface?
