Had some issues closing the door with the base profile (at least when I printed it with a 0.2 Nozzle with 0.1 Layer height in Bambu ASA. So I made a couple adjustments to get it to align better for me at least.)<ul><li>Glass side brackets are 2mm thicker (Solely because 12mm coarse threaded screws was what I had available.)</li><li>The pieces that attach to the metal hinges have had their holes offset by 2mm. (Allows the door to close a bit more naturally.)</li><li>Printed on a 0.2 Nozzle for no other reason than it&#39;s what was installed but prints so nicely in 0.2!</li></ul>Hopefully, someone somewhere may find this useful.

<ul><li>Added a void to the top &amp; Bottom metal hinge side to accommodate an <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer ugc" href="https://www.amazon.com/dp/B073P7GL8R?th=1">8.5x3x2mm PTFE washer</a> (This is the specific one I used.) This eliminates the propensity of the hinge to creak when opening/closing. (This profile ONLY includes the Top &amp; Bottom hinges.)</li><li>Pivot hole offset by 2mm (same as in my other profile) to allow for easier closing.</li><li>0.2 nozzle but will print fine with larger.</li><li>Printed in ASA but should print fine with others. That was simply what I had loaded.</li><li>Note: I Supports ARE enabled but are very small. It&#39;s really just to ensure the void prints without any issue.</li></ul>

The original model had a lot of requests for the use of more common screws, which I have implemented. This redesign uses entirely m3 pan head machine screws which replace the wood screws and 3d printed screws.4x m3x6mm for the stock metal hinge attachment 6x m3x12mm for the glass attachment and the equivalent of the 3d printed pin/screw of the original design.&nbsp;Assembly is identical.
