This is a simple lid that is designed with a bevel to give a slight snap fit. 

Inner dimension is 46.6mm

Scaled up to make one for the rocks glass too. (it's not crooked, the chair leans in the middle. fits perfectly after scaling)

Scaled up again to make a Tervis Tumbler cover. This model is versatile. Increased the Z due to the curved top of the tumbler. It popped off too easily at the original 6+mm depth.
