Left and right base now match, not like the official one where the right base is just different to the left one.

NOTE: This is updated version, both screws are identical now, both screws are "righty tighty, lefty loosely".

This is a bad remix of a terrible solution to a problem that shouldn't exist. First off it doesn't allow the plate to lay flat so its kind of hard to apply a sticker thats supposed to be flat to a plate thats supposed to be flat that is now concave due to the bulk of the clamp. Second and more importantly It doesn't clamp with enough force to stop the sticker sheet from moving so the first sticker I applied was misaligned. The one applied to the other side had a bubble because even after cranking it down the threads failed on the right side and the clamp slipped off. I tossed them in the trash and grabbed binder clips which ACTUALLY worked and serve some other purpose besides being a 2 hour waste of plastic. if you do decide to print it keep in mind that the designer doesn't understand the universal "righty tighty, lefty loosely" and one of the screws/threads goes counter clockwise. if you mix these up they won't go together.

I printed this off with PETGHF, Underlying problems which need to be addressed by the designer. The bolts dont have enough strength, they can snap off when used if overtightend. I used honeycomb / Gyroid pattern with 15% and still failed, I increased Infil density to 60% with honeycomb it works. Right Bolt & Fittings need adjusting, turning the bolt its counterclockwise, when tightening the bolt it should be clockwise. Clockwise tightens (righty tighty). counterclockwise loosens (lefty loosey)

Thanks for the feedback. I think PETGHF is overkill, cheap white PLA should be enough. Snapped bolt seems to indicate you are using too much force, the whole thing should only slightly pinch print plate and the 3D Effect Sheet. Maybe the tolerances works with the PLA but does not with the PETG due to a different thermal expansion, you may want to try print it with the PLA instead.

* Update * I didnt have any PLA when I started this project, hench using PETGHF. As you mentioned you dont need alot of pressure to actually hold the 3D Effect Sheet in place. when applying the sheet I started from the front to the back, It was easy to install with this handy tool. What I did notice is that when you screw the bolts down the handles will be both aline horizontally and that is enough pressure to add the 3D Effect Sheet to the Plate. Thanks again

Perfect size. Just remember the right screw goes in reverse.
