注意:3MF文件仅用于参考摆放位置,请根据材料特性来调整参数。

 

AMS lite的重量放在了三角形的稳定器上,横杆仅用于限制Y轴方向的晃动。

 

装配需要18颗M3的螺丝,如果数量不足,最低也要8颗螺丝。螺丝的长度为8毫米到15毫米,都是可以使用的。

The weight of the AMS lite is placed on a triangular stabilizer, and the crossbar is only used to limit the shaking in the Y-axis direction.


Assembly requires 18 M3 screws, and if the quantity is insufficient, a minimum of 8 screws are required. The length of the screw can range from 8 millimeters to 15 millimeters.

What are the 2 small rings for and the other object in the attached picture. Also can someone translate the project drawing included all I can read is ams lite.

the circles go into the base of the support to act as dampers. the other part is to hold the bed scraper.

hello, friend. awesome job!) thank you so much. now i feel confident about filament not falling down on printer (bambu places ams on slightly angle, you place it paralel to the floor - awesome). And all in all this ams fastener looks and works solid

Exactly how many of each size m3 screws are required? And where are the 2 different size screws used? Thank you. I am just finishing my printing of the legs then assymebly

你好 每个孔的深度都不一样 只需要保证螺丝有一定的深度就可以 最厚的墙壁是4.17mm,所以建议螺丝的长度在8mm以上。 最短的深度是14.25mm,所以螺丝的长度在14mm以下。 你可以选用你所拥有的M3螺丝,只要长度在8mm至14mm以内,每个孔都是可以使用的。 螺丝可以选10mm或者12mm,因为太长了很难安装,我是用电动螺丝刀安装的,如果你没有电动螺丝刀,那就会比较费劲。 我建议你看一下V2版本的图纸,或许有你需要的更新。 hello The depth of each hole is different Just ensure that the screws have a certain depth The thickest wall is 4.17mm, so it is recommended to have a screw length of 8mm or more. I had such a hard time finding M3 (metric screws in Canada) So I went with #4 1/2 standard screws just an fyi

This is a component that requires a certain level of strength I am using PETG Placing the main stress surface on the XY plane And increased the thickness of the walls Suggest using PETG A1 may not be able to print other higher strength materials

I created a second creation based on official drawings If you don't need AMS and only need the drawings of the stabilizer, you can directly download the official drawings I don't know if I understand your question?
