Description

This is a 4 way version of my y-splitter / y-connector (https://makerworld.com/en/models/393265)

 

This is again a 100% 3D printable connector/splitter solution for the Bambulab printers P1P, P1S or X1.

The only thing you will need is 30mm PTFE tube between the PTFE tube connector of your printer and the Y-connector/splitter, see the image (blue PTFE tube).

The mounting plate is optional the Y-connector/splitter works just fine without it.

There are 3 different mounting plates to choose from, one with no hardware, one with that use two 6mm M3 screws and one that uses two 8x3mm magnets.

The interior PTFE holders in the nuts can easily break when screwing it on. Also the print profile would be better to randomize the seams to avoid seam lines inside the tunnels which is causing the breakage and friction.

Thanks for the feedback, I have updated with my newest version of the cap/nut that is stronger. I do not like the random seam look but have placed the seam on the back now.

Printed well, installs perfectly amd i used it for a while however, I finally opted for a different design with PTFE inserts. due to its design, you have to be careful installing the tubes as the little press latches might break on you if your are not.

Sehr gut gedruckt auf meinem P1S, die Gewinde laufen sehr schön... Auch die Funktion ist gut... Allerdings schaffe ich es nicht, damit mein TPU 95 A in den Extruder zu laden... Dafür hatte ich es eigentlich gedruckt, da ja TPU nicht in den AMS passt

Strange, have you pressed the PTFE tubes all the way in? I did the design to be able to feed TPU and other filaments that are not AMS compatible.

Does the job, but PTFE tubes may come loose. Easily enough fixed as it only happens when loading or unloading.

You are my saviour! I boughr H2S and forgot to buy the splitter and have no ptfe couplers, works flawlesly, Only thing that is a bit tricky is tightening the nuts as they are very close together
